The Extra RPG

Q1: Is the extra RPG just for RPing like the one above in the category specifically for the character sheet-related RPG?
A1: Yes and no. If you want to to be, then yes it can. Otherwise, if you don't want to RP just what the character sheet allows, then by all means, create an RP based on an anime, book, cartoon, etc, etc. As long as it follows the rules.

Q2: Rules?
A2: Yes. If you start an RPG based on a show, book, and whatnot, you can't let them just post a profile and say "There, I'm in." You have to let them have a way of contacting you or an RPG Moderator/Admin through a PM, with the subject filled with what you want to distinguish between other PMs.

Poor Shadow. Okay, If someone were to start an anime-type RPG, either an Admin or RPG Mod would temporarily close the topic, making people PM that people if they want to join.

That up there was just a sample of what a profile for a character might look like (I want french toast). Like with rules for a forum, RPGs have rules, and when the person who created the topic PM an Admin or RPG Mod (after they have edited the first post of the topic to show the list of RPers), the Admin/RPG Mod can reopen the topic for those that signed up for it.
