Background:
He was a serial killer in the late 1800's. He had killed hundreds of people, from farmers to politicians, only for the thrill of killing. He liked to visit the graveyards where his victims were buried. One night he was caught in the graveyard and had been slashed multiple non-fatal times with his own scythe but had later bleed to death. After he died, a god decided that he was to evil to go to any of the normal hells, so instead he left him in his casket, 6" under, fully concious and aware of his corrosion and became insane. During that time a sinned angel (Twiggy Ramirez) was changed into a crow, and placed in the casket with him because he would enjoy watching the humans suffer too much in Hell. In the 1950's a group of religious radicals (most likely Christian) dug him up to burn his body, but to their surprise he walked out and strangled each one. He found a new scythe & attached Twiggy to a string and made a necklace out of him (he was unable to move and had lost his body when Chris was hungry once). Eventually over the years as weapons became more advanced, he decided he wanted to get a gun. He went to the Wal-Mart and picked up a shotgun and attempted to buy it with a gift card that one of his victims happened to be carrying, but it had expired so he slashed the clerk and stole some ammo and shot at people with a cheerfully insane smile on his way out. If he is injured and loses blood the wound will not heal, and he still corrodes, though less than he used to thanks to formaldehyde. If a limb falls off he will just duct tape it back on.

Background:
Twiggy was an Angel leading the Army of Heaven, under the Christian god, and hated all things evil. He hated all things that sinned, and because of that he loathed all humans. He was given the orders by God to destroy the cities of Sodom & Gomorrah, two cities that were completely filled by sin they had to be destroyed. Afterwards, though, he did not stop and decided it was his duty to put an end to the human race. He was soon found by god though and was changed into a crow and placed in Chris's casket and he got his body eaten off, but while there he was there he began hating God, for he only tried to destroy humans to help end sin, and did not know why he was punished for that. He is now carried around (well his head is) on a necklace worn by Chris (see above) and because they were both punished by God and hate him very much they have become friends (shut up I cant think right now, I now its a crappy background, but I dont have that good an imagination)
